The Restaurant at Sierra Grande, a fine dining establishment led by renowned chef and restaurateur Tatsu Miyazaki, offers seasonal, contemporary American dishes with southwestern fare and global influence. The Restaurant, which officially opened its doors to patrons in January 2015, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a daily, complimentary breakfast to guests of The Lodge throughout their stay. About Chef Tatsu and World Class Gourmet

World Class Gourmet International, Inc. is a company developed by Chef Tatsu Miyazaki, along with Savoy de Mesilla and Aqua Reef in Las Cruces, NM. Chef Tatsu has received numerous awards for his culinary expertise. He is an American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Executive Chef. He has been a chef instructor at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, and has owned and operated several restaurants throughout the world.
